Address of the InterContinental Hotels in Uzbekistan is Trilliant.
Located in the heart of Tashkent, at the intersection of Amir Timur and Navoi Avenues; Trilliant is preparing to step into the Uzbek business world with innovations. Uzbekistan's first candidate for LEED Gold certification
Trilliant, whose rough construction work has been completed and will be delivered in the last quarter of 2022, is being built by taking into account the requirements of the LEED Gold certificate- one of the most superior international certificates recognized in the world in the domain of sustainability. The first LEED Gold Certified project in Uzbekistan; Trilliant is getting set to become the project of the future in the business world of Uzbekistan thanks to its low carbon footprint, low energy consumption, sustainable landscape area, vehicle charging stations, recycling systems, waste management systems, smart ventilation systems and most important of all, low operating costs.
Intercontinental’s Address in Tashkent will be Trilliant
Intercontinental Hotels, one of the world's major hotel chains, opted for Trilliant for its new hotel in Tashkent. Through this cooperation, Trilliant, which is the first A+ Business Park project in Uzbekistan of international standards, will serve office users, visitors, and residents of Tashkent with the privilege of Intercontinental. The Hotel which will be managed by Intercontinental Hotels will also feature social areas, meeting halls, a GYM and spa center and a convention center equipped with the state-of-the-art and latest technologies.
M 700/800 concrete was used in Trilliant, which was built using the most advanced technology with high-level security systems and a unique infrastructure. There will be 345 office units and 34 stores to meet the entertainment, catering, and other needs of the offices within the project, which is secured by the highest level of building security through the use of specialized engineering techniques. Designed by DP Architects and supported by international consultants such as TSP, Securitas and JLL on facility management, security, and development; Trilliant will open its doors to Tashkent residents in the last quarter of 2022.
